Time to roll upward final Sunday’s stroll through the UC Davis Arboretum earlier it’s Lord's Day again. The Australian Collection at the downtown terminate of the Arboretum is the department most people run across when they visit, in addition to it happens to survive my favorite. The regular cherry-red bottlebrush (Callistemon citrinus) is a mutual sight all over inwards Davis in addition to Sacramento. It grows easily inwards our hot-summer climate in addition to is tough every bit nails. Much rarer—and much nicer, inwards my opinion—is weeping bottlebrush (Callistemon viminalis).
